Terms of Service

Terms for using 180cal

These terms govern access to the 180cal storefront, account features, nutrition-first product discovery, and Amazon checkout handoff.

Effective date: May 10, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using 180cal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use 180cal on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. What 180cal provides

180cal is a product discovery and planning storefront for items intended to satisfy a simple nutrition rule: at least 8g protein and under 180 calories per listed serving.

180cal lets users browse, filter, save profile context, build a cart shortlist, and open Amazon links for purchase.

3. Not a seller of record

180cal does not sell products directly, process payments, ship products, manage returns, or provide customer support for Amazon orders.

When you open Amazon, any purchase is between you and Amazon or the applicable Amazon seller and is governed by Amazon's terms, prices, policies, and availability.

4. Product and nutrition information

Product availability, prices, serving sizes, ingredients, allergens, nutrition facts, packaging, and seller listings may change without notice.

180cal may be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or out of date. Always confirm the current Amazon listing and product label before buying or consuming any item.

5. No medical or nutrition advice

180cal is not medical, nutrition, allergy, dietetic, or fitness advice. The service does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any medical condition.

Consult a qualified professional before making decisions related to allergies, health conditions, medication, pregnancy, diet, training, or weight management.

6. Accounts

  • You may need to sign in with Google to save profile details or cart context.
  • You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
  • You must provide accurate information when using account, profile, or saved-cart features.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these terms.

7. Profile data

Height and weight are optional profile fields used to personalize ranking. You should only provide them if you want that personalization.

Profile-based ranking is informational and may not reflect your actual needs, goals, or health requirements.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not use 180cal for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
  • Do not interfere with, overload, scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls of the service.
  • Do not attempt to access another user's account, data, cart, or session.
  • Do not use 180cal output to misrepresent product claims, nutrition claims, or Amazon availability.

9. Intellectual property

180cal, its interface, branding, selection logic, and original content are owned by Agentic Labs Inc. or its licensors.

Third-party product names, images, trademarks, and Amazon content belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and shopping reference.

10. Disclaimers

180cal is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, product availability, price accuracy, nutrition accuracy, or suitability for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Labs Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, health outcomes, product issues, Amazon order issues, or third-party conduct.

12. Changes to the service and terms

We may update 180cal or these terms over time. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
